We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in the UK.

Orders are shipped on business days only, from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Those in UK mainland can expect to receive orders in 1-3 business days.

Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man residents can expect delivery within 2-5 business days.

For International Delivery, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Those in US and Europe can expect to receive orders in 2-5 business days.

Estimated Delivery time (UK & US):
Can take 2 to 5 days following dispatched from our facilities.

Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days, following dispatched. Every order will be processed as quickly as possible, but during busy periods delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Estimated Delivery time (International):
Can take up to 10 days following dispatched from our facilities.

Orders are dispatched using a trusted tracked delivery service, once the order has been placed and processed.

Tracking information for your order will be included within a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

The shipping method we use to send your item(s) varies depending your location. We use a range of trusted courier services and always assure tracking so that your order can be traced with the order number we will send to you in an email after dispatch. Orders for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you need further information about this, please contact your local customs office as customs policies vary widely from country to country. In the event that you return an item, you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office. We do not take responsibility for lost packages. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number, that can also be found in a confirmation email. If you didn’t get a confirmation email, it could’ve ended up in your spam inbox.

We have a standard 30 days return policy. Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products ordered via our online store so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

Exchanges must be done WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges via our Exchange Form can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.

EXCHANGES ARE FREE, so please ignore the price shown on our returns system, as this may be incorrect and is only for our internal refund process only. As exchanges are free, there will be no additional charges.

You can return ALL ITEMS from your order. But please see the below items for ANY EXCEPTIONS to this rule:

* Gift cards are non-refundable.
* Women’s swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact and has not been removed.
* Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
* Men’s swimwear or underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please also note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Breathing Soul order is delivered. This applies for items bought during the extended return policy period. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy – we promise!

* Go to our RETURNS PORTAL PAGE. This page can also be access directly from your Account Order History page, after you LOGIN in your account.
* Enter your order number (e.g. #123456) and email address or phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation. 
* Select which item(s) you are returning/exchanging and why.
* Confirm your original delivery information (amend if needed).
* Select the method you’ll be returning your order by. We offer free return labels ONLY for faulty items.
* Submit your return request.
* We will get back to you within 1-3 business days to let you know if your return has been accepted.
* Return the item to the address we will share with you in the return confirmation email. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.

Please don't return any goods unless your return has been accepted. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return unless your item is faulty, in which case we will send you a return label.

At Breathing Soul, we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for faults before dispatching.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a few photos or video when you contact us, so we can evaluate the issue as quickly as possible. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available, else we will send you a refund. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please select Exchange in the return portal.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries, we will ship a replacement order for you to the same address.  

Before contacting us, please get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. 

Due to increased volume there may be ADDITIONAL DELAYS IN YOUR REFUND BEING PROCESSED. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order, unless you selected to receive a gift voucher.

For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
